BAYOG, ZamboSur (Aug. 2, 2018) - Operatives of Bayog Municipal Police
Station led by its Chief of Police Senior Inspector June A Lawingan conducted
manhunt operation at Purok 3, Brgy Upper Conacon, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 6:00 AM of August 1, 2018.
The
operation was led to the successful arrest of Diosdado Gumolon y Tumagna, 64
years old, married, farmer and resident of the above-mentioned place
The accused
was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest docketed under Criminal Case #
1759-B for Qualified Malicious Mischief with bail recommended of Php10, 000.00
issued by Hon Norlinda R Amante-Descallar, Presiding Judge 13th Municipal CTC,
9th Judicial Region, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur on January 21, 2015
The arrested
person is now under the custody of Bayog MPS for documentation and booking
procedure prior turn over to the issuing court for proper disposition.
